Inspiring the Next Generation: In 2023, I founded Girls in Motion to empower young women to pursue careers in Transportation & STEM. Together, we've raised tens of thousands of dollars for Girls Summits, brought real-world professionals into classrooms for Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, and directly impacted over 1,000 students.
Supporting Infrastructure Professionals: Joined the ACEC Bay Bridge Chapter Board in 2021 as Scholarship Chair, moving through the ranks as Vice President and President to support our local engineering community.
Elevating HR Leadership: Founded the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Human Resources Association in 2017, leading it as President for 4.5 years before transitioning to the National Board in 2021.
